PHCC of the Sacramento Valley
Best People. Best Practices.
We are the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of the Sacramento Valley
Dear PHCC Sacramento Valley Members and Subscribing Employers,
We are thrilled to announce exciting new initiatives at PHCC Sacramento Valley aimed at strengthening our community and industry influence. Our enhanced member engagement strategies include improved communication channels, such as regular newsletters and a dynamic social media presence, to keep our members informed and connected. We've updated our apprenticeship program to offer the most current training by collaborating with industry leaders, including IAPMO, and are actively participating in career fairs to attract new talent.
Recognizing our strategic position in the state capital, we're bolstering our political influence through a new Action Committee dedicated to legislative advocacy. This involves regular interactions with legislators, organizing political events, and offering member education on industry-relevant legislative issues.
Additionally, we are nurturing future leaders through comprehensive leadership and workforce development programs, offering a unique Board Participation Program for employers and members to gain valuable leadership insights.
Your participation and support are vital as we embark on this journey to strengthen our industry presence and foster an engaging and supportive environment for all. We look forward to your continued involvement.
